• Clinical information you submit: your main concern, symptoms, history, medicines and allergies.
• Photographs you upload of the affected skin, hair or nails.
• Booking records, appointment status, consultation summaries and prescriptions.

• To assess your concern and provide the consultation you requested.
• To prepare your consultation summary and, when clinically appropriate, a prescription.
• To contact you about your appointment, and about payment instructions.
• To keep an accurate clinical record of the care provided.

We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

Intake details and photographs are stored in a private, access-controlled area of our system. Clinical information is visible to Dr. Gardezi. You can see your own booking status and released documents when you sign in to the patient portal with the email address used for the booking.

Records are retained for as long as necessary to provide continuity of care and to meet applicable record keeping expectations. Specific retention periods are subject to final legal/privacy review, and this section will be updated once those periods are confirmed.
