Gardezi Online Dermatology provides remote dermatology consultations by secure video. The service is delivered from Pakistan by Dr. Syed Ahmad Ali Gardezi.

• A remote consultation cannot include physical examination, dermoscopy, biopsy or laboratory testing.
• Photographs and written history may not show everything needed for a confident assessment.
• No diagnosis, prescription or particular outcome is guaranteed.
• Some conditions require in-person care, and you will be told when that is the case.

This service is not for emergencies. If your condition is severe or worsening quickly, contact your local emergency services or attend the nearest emergency department.

• Provide accurate, complete and current information, including all medicines and allergies.
• Upload clear, unedited photographs of the affected area.
• Confirm your appointment time converted to your own local time zone and join on time.
• Follow the laws of the country you are in regarding medicines and medical care.

This prescription is issued by a Pakistan-based dermatologist for dispensing/use in Pakistan only. It may not be valid or accepted in your current country. You must follow the laws of your country and consult a locally licensed clinician or pharmacist where required. The clinic does not arrange, guarantee, or advise unlawful international shipment or import of medicines.

The consultation fee is payable for the consultation, clinical assessment and written plan. A referral to another specialist is a clinical outcome and is not grounds for a refund. Medication, tests, procedures and third-party fees are not included. Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Video consultations depend on your internet connection and device. Where a technical failure prevents a substantive consultation, the case is reviewed under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Clinic days, hours, consultation length and fees may change. The published details on this website apply at the time of booking. These terms are subject to final legal review.
